Orders

How do pre-orders work ?

A few weeks before the launch of a new edition, we offer you the opportunity to pre-order your pair at a discounted rate.

The expected shipping date is mentioned on the product page. Payment is collected at the time of pre-order.

Exchanges and returns are possible during pre-orders (subject to product availability).

My size is out of stock. What should I do ?

Sign up for a product alert directly on the product page.

You will receive an email notification if your size comes back in stock or if we restock.

Can I change my order after it has been placed ?

Yes, if it has not yet been shipped.

How can I use my discount code ?

Simply enter your discount code in the "discount code" box during checkout. The discount will be applied automatically.

Tracking and Delivery

What payment methods do you accept ?

We accept payment by Credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Apple Pay.

In France, we also offer 3x installment payments without fees with our partner Alma.
All transactions are secured by our payment partners.

What are the average shipping times and fees ?

Outside of pre-order campaigns, you can expect delivery within 3-5 days in France and internationally. We also offer express services in France.

Which countries do you deliver to ?

We deliver almost worldwide. Please note that customs fees outside the United States are your responsibility.

How can I track my order ?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

This will allow you to track your shipment.

What is your return policy ?

From the moment you receive your order, you have 14 days to return or exchange your Socque.

How to care for my SOCQUE ?

What materials are your shoes made of ?

Our materials are meticulously selected. Our leathers come from European tanneries supplying the most prestigious fashion houses and are chosen based on their impact, feel, and technical qualities. Vegetable tanning, suede calfskin, glossy goat leather: each model has its ideal material.

We also prioritize lower-impact materials whenever possible, such as upcycled or chrome-free leathers.

All our soles are made of leather, and on certain models, they are reinforced with protective outsoles.

How do your shoes fit ?

We offer our models in sizes 36 to 41 (French sizes) and recommend choosing your usual size.

What should I do if I have an issue with a product ?

We test all our editions and carefully inspect our production according to a strict set of criteria.
