The Ginger ballet flat is crafted in Portugal, in one of our partner workshops located near Porto. This small, family-run workshop specializes in crafting feminine shoes and is renowned for its exceptional craftmanship.

We typically source materials ourselves while the atelier focuses on crafting perfect shoes. For this ballet flat, we selected a very soft pony leather, sourced from a local tannery which specialises in this type of delicate leather work. The other materials used were sourced locally, within a 50 km radius of the workshop.
